Dwarf solo rpg

You are a dwarf from under the ground and you need to do things for your tribe or face being a pathetic failure


You have an axe and general stuff armour etc


d6, You need 

  1. Battleglory 
  2. Treasure 
  3. Lore
  4. To protect tribe 
  5. Mine 
  6. Make stuff 


3d6, Whats ahead of you - roll and combine to get a place or thing 


  1. Sun
  2. Moon 
  3. Storm 
  4. Stone 
  5. Water
  6. Dream 


  1. Abyss / cave
  2. Forest / wood
  3. Plain / desert 
  4. Sea / lake
  5. Mountain / city 
  6. Celestial / sky


  1. Foe
  2. Hazard 
  3. Perilous locale 
  4. Safe locale
  5. Ally / resource 
  6. Treasure 


When you leave your home you:

  • go to a place 
  • each place has a thing. 


Go to a new place to find new things. 


To return home with your need fulfilled you must travel back the way you came and there will be a new things at the places you visited before 


when you try to do something that you might fail at or is dangerous to attempt roll a d20:


(You can rolll more or less d20s if things very hard hard or easy)


  • 1 - 5 = catastrophic failure - very bad things happen to you and your person - probably death if fighting 
  • 6 - 8 = failure - quite bad things happen to you - probably injury if fighting 
  • 9 - 11 = near success - a minor consequence happens to you but you get + 2 if you try the same thing again 
  • 12 - 17 = success - you did it
  • 18+ = very successful - your action was done gloriously well 


Record the things that happen to you and do not fail your tribe
